Mardi Gras Madness
Rich in Tradition and Celebration, Mardi Gras just like New Orleans has a spirit all its own. Beads, Bright Twinkling Lights, Colorful Painted and Feather Masks, Street Lamps, Street Vendors, Caricaturists, all help the Sounds of Bourbon Street come alive! Dizzying aromas of the unique Louisiana Cuisine will fill the air.
Hawaiian Luau
Experience a real Hawaiian extravaganza filled with lavish food, Tiki Huts and Bars, Kona Gods, Totem Poles, an Outrigger, and Surfboards. Guests are adorned with Leis of flowers and Kuki Nut necklaces as they sip drink from real coconuts.
Asian Nights

World War II Revised
Take your guests back in time to a 1940s Pacific military base for an evening at the officers club, enjoying the music of Tommy Dorsey, the Glen Miller Band, or the Andrews Sisters performing on a replica USO stage.
